- Our mobile education business offers interactive experiences with live reptiles, amphibians, and bugs at events and educational programs.

- Participants must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by our staff to ensure their safety and the well-being of the animals.

- Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times during our interactive experiences.

- Caution: Reptiles may transmit bacteria causing disease in humans. Make sure that precautions, such as thorough hand sanitation, are followed by children and others handling reptiles.

- No food, drinks, strollers, toys, bottles, or any other object that may come in contact should be present during hands-on reptile presentation. 

- After presentation or before eating please follow sanitation procedures below: 

1. Wet your hands with clean, running water
2. Apply soap
3. Rub hands together to make a lather and scrub well
4. Rub hands at least 20 seconds
5. Rinse hands
6. Dry hands using a clean paper towel or air dry them

**4. Liability**

- While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our participants and animals, Land & Sea Adventures is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in our interactive experiences.

- By using our website or participating in our services, you agree to waive any claims against us for such injuries, damages, or losses.
